Motorsports Race Scout was created by a group of individuals with over 28 years of Sports Marketing and Athlete Representation experience combined. Motorsports RS was created when they saw the growing competition within Pit Crews and the need teams have to find individuals with the highest character and most talent.

Prior to the development of Motorsports Race Scout, this group was able to help launch a successful career for a member of the 2008 Pit Crew Challenge Champions.

Motorsports RS provides services: (1) for individuals interested in launching a career in the pits, and (2) for racing teams seeking athletic, talented individuals to strengthen their race teams.

The data sent to the race teams is collected at the Motorsports Race Scout Combines. The combines provided by Motorsports RS are the only combines that collect verified data that can be provided to all race teams in every series.

The comprehensive and officially authorized online reports generated are available to all teams. The online database will be used by pit crew coaches and recruiting directors throughout the year. It is the only database of its kind.
