About Motorsports Race Scout

Motorsports Race Scout (MRS) was founded by a group of individuals with over 20 years of Sports Marketing and Athlete Representation experience. MRS was created when they saw the growing competition and need for talent in the garages and offices of the racing world. MRS puts all of this together in one location for teams to find the best talent.

Prior to the development of Motorsports Race Scout, they were able to help place and launch a successful career for 2008 Pit Crew Challenge Champion Michael Metcalf (Red Bull Racing #83 Pit Crew).

MRS provides two services: (1) for individuals interested in launching a career in racing, and (2) for racing teams seeking athletic and talented individuals to strengthen their race teams on race day and in the office during the business week.

The information provided to the race teams is collected via the web. Motorsports Race Scout distributes the information and profiles in both digital and print versions. The comprehensive and officially authorized online reports generated are available to all teams. The online database will be used by pit crew coaches, recruiting directors, and team management throughout the year. It is the only database of its kind.
